The TN NAFTA work visa

This is the visa that is intended for the Mexican American or the North Americans and Canadians to establish their special relationship with the United States in connection with trades and industry. This visa enables Canadians and North Americans to engage in business but in a professional level. The benefits of having this visa is to enable Canadian Nationals to obtain the TN  NAFTA work visa at the time he reaches the boarder without any prior petition with an approval of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services or even the Labor Certification from the Department of Labor. They can even have the benefit of maintaining the NAFTA visa status indefinitely simply by requesting extensions basing upon their professional activity. This kind of visa will also allow you to request your family members including your spouse and your children under the age of twenty one. Once they are already in the U.S., they can enjoy the benefits that are being enjoyed also by the U.S. citizens like going to school and the like, provided, they have this papers that would show that they are under the TD dependent visa status. The person applying for the visa should have a valid and a legal job in the U.S. or has papers showing that he is an employee of a certain company in the U.S. He should also show that he is holding a required licenses, degrees and experience proving that he can perform the job professionally and has no intention of staying in the country after the visa has expired.

This TN NAFTA work visa is a non immigrant visa being offered to all the citizens that could meet the requirements. There are certain requirements in getting the visa by both Canadians and Mexicans. They must show the original copy of their birth certificate to the boarder officer and should also have their valid passport. They must have a letter from the U.S.  based employer who is offering him a job in the U.S. and the proof of license that he is eligible to practice his profession in the country. The procedure for the Canadian citizens should be to submit the Form DS-156, which a non immigrant Application that has been duly accomplished and signed. For male Mexican applicants, they should comply the Form DS-157 if they are at the age of sixteen to forty five years old.
